'Is there anything I can do myself to increase my keyword listings'?
I get these sort questions many times every single day, and
you should realise that Search Engine Optimisation is not
really difficult or expensive, but it
can be time consuming and people place different
values on their time. Some SEO 's may also take into account what each
client might gain from a great SEO
experience.
Who
am I?
I am a one man business and my reputation and search
engine positions are simply a reflection of my experience.
Before you ask, I
cannot possibly predict your future, but I would ask you to consider, the
reason you are here now is probably because you
searched Google for SEO
or Search
Engine Optimisation
and despite intense competition for this keyword, you probably
found me at the top?!
Don't think SEO
will change your listings and your business overnight. It took me 12
months of constant SEO adjustment to get mine there, and 3 years
of tweaking to keep it there. (Hence time
consuming). Do you have the patience or just looking for a
quick fix?
After well written SEO
content, possibly one of the most critical elements
is the way you submit to the search engines and directories. It takes time to write a good, well presented
submission, and a poorly written one will often leave you
frustrated.

do I do it?
I get emails every hour asking me that question. SEO
is about
having a flair, it is not an exact science, else everyone
could do it. In honesty, the largest part of my SEO
work is based on instinct and intuition.
Yes I do have one or two of 'my own' tricks, but they are
legal 'white hat SEO techniques' which took me years to develop, so why should
I give them away for others to exploit and profit from?
